can attend?
All CFG members that are subscribing to CFGSmartCharts™ and are in good standing are invited to attend. For first time attendees, free time may be offered to those attending a two-day audit at one of the auditorium locations.

much does it cost?
*NOTE: The Auditorium is currently FREE in Richmond until further notice. Email customerservice@cfgtrading.com to reserve a seat.

What
if I share a subscription with a
spouse or family member? Do I have
to reserve a seat if we are both
attending?
Yes, when you are making the reservation
you are paying to reserve the seat,
otherwise we cannot guarantee you
a spot in the auditorium. Seating
is limited on a first come, first
serve basis.
Why
do I need to subscribe to CFGSmartCharts™?
Traders that subscribe to the CFG SmartCharts™
will have access to the exclusive auditorium message window during their session. This window has focused trade information across multiple currency pairs, updated on a daily basis, which can lead to profitable trading opportunities.
If you are not currently subscribing to the CFGSmartCharts™, and would like to take advantage of the auditorium experience, contact us prior to making your reservation. Upon approval, first time attendees may be granted limited access to the CFGSmartCharts™ which will make the message window available to them during the auditorium session.
What
do I need to bring?
It is helpful to bring your own
laptop computer. However, in certain
locations, you may be able to make
arrangements to use a desktop computer.
Keep in mind that any lines and
changes made to the charting software
are saved on the computer that they
are drawn on.

are the CFG Auditoriums located
?
See “Locations” menu option for current locations and information.
Will
they tell me where to get in and
out of a trade?
No, however, traders will have available to them focused trade information across multiple currencies, updated on a daily basis, which may improve live trading skills. Traders have free will to trade or not to trade, live or demo, any of the information that they receive, based on their own analysis of the provided information. Live commentary provided by the broadcast system may also increase trade opportunities and confirmations.

provided?
Traders have “free will” to trade or not to trade, live or demo, any of the information that they receive, based on their own analysis of the provided information. All suggestions and information provided will be in line with CFG methodology.
How
do I reserve a seat?
See “Locations” link for reservation information. Seating is limited and on a first come first serve basis.
An automated reservation system will be implemented as soon as possible.
How
do I cancel a reservation?
A 24 hour advance notice
must be given for all cancellations.

for reservation/cancellation information.
If
I am in the area, can I drop in
to see if there is an available
seat?
Be aware that by “dropping in”
there may not be space available.
However, please call ahead and we
will let you know if there is an
open seat.
What
methods of payment are available?
You must pay FIRST(*)
and then email customerservice@cfgtrading.com.

-On the left, click Subscription

on the icon "Payments by
Paypal"
-Click Buy Now
on Auditorium $20.00 USA/Day
-Login to your PayPal account and
follow instructions for payments
Step 2:
Contact for Richmond reservations by filling
out this webform
(or, you can email customerservice@cfgtrading.com)
-The amount you just paid
for Auditorium Sessions
-List the specific dates you want
to reserve for your sessions.
-List where you want your sessions
Note: You must pay before reserving. Reservation MUST be made by 1:00pm EST the business day before your 1st desired session. Be mindful of holidays and weekends. Reservation is NOT guaranteed until you have received confirmation of your reservation from CFG. Only pay for the exact amount of reservations you want to make. Please DO NOT pay for more than you want to use immediately.
